We have designed our hoseholder so that it will easily accommodate up to 100 metres of 15mm hosepipe.
For the larger garden, we suggest strategically placing several around the garden with connectors on the pipe at each end, so that when you need to water that area of garden, the pipes can be unwound, connected to each other and used. When you have finished, the pipe can be coiled tidily away - eliminates tripping over the hosepipe if it was left on the ground.

The Starter Pack includes 4 Gripple tensioners, 30 metres of nylon trellis wire & 4 free nickel plated vine eyes.

This is enough to complete two areas 6' x 6', using 6 rows of wire on each area.
You only need to use one tensioner at the start, then thread the wire througjh all the vine eyes until you get to the end, always leave a little extra wire before cutting it off, and if you ever needed to take it down, by cutting the wire at the first tensioner (not the loop side, but the single side) the whole wire will pull out backwards through the tensioners and can be re-used, throwing away the small amount of wire lost where it was cut.

50 metres (165ft) of nylon trellis wire to use in conjunction with the Gripple Tensioners and Vine Eyes.

This special wire is in fact a pure nylon, no metal in it at all. It is a reinforced nylon which will take up to 100kg work load, has a working life of at least 15 years and is UV stabilised. It is kind to plants and shrubs due to its softness.

A pack of 10 Gripple Tensioners to use in conjunction with the Starter pack or the Gripple Trellis Wire.

It is not advisable to use the tensioners with any wire other than the Gripple Wire.
This is because this wire does not stretch, it iis a special reinforced nylon wire and will take 100kg work load.
Other wires would damage the internal mechanism inside the tensioner unit.
