Gripple Trellis

The Gripple garden trellis supports everything from raspberry canes to roses. You can make up any design of trellis to suit your requirements - horizontal, diamond pattern or vertical - it's up to you. Ideal for espalier fruit trees, to create a hedge down a path, up against a wall to tie back shrubs and train plants,
It is flexible, well camouflaged, kind to plants and easy to tension.
The Starter Pack includes 4 Gripple tensioners, 30 metres of nylon trellis wire & 4 free nickel plated vine eyes. The wire will take the weight of up to a 100kg load, it has a working life of at least 15 years and is UV stabilised.

A pack of 10 Gripple Tensioners to use in conjunction with the Starter pack or the Gripple Trellis Wire.

It is not advisable to use the tensioners with any wire other than the Gripple Wire.
This is because this wire does not stretch, it iis a special reinforced nylon wire and will take 100kg work load.
Other wires would damage the internal mechanism inside the tensioner unit.

50 metres (165ft) of nylon trellis wire to use in conjunction with the Gripple Tensioners and Vine Eyes.

This special wire is in fact a pure nylon, no metal in it at all. It is a reinforced nylon which will take up to 100kg work load, has a working life of at least 15 years and is UV stabilised. It is kind to plants and shrubs due to its softness.
