| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Payment can be made by credit/debit cards and full payment must be received and cleared before items can be dispatched. | Shipping And Handling Most of our products include postage and packing, if an additional cost is necessary, this will be shown at the side of the product. When you add these products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. Delivery costs are to UK Mainland only, excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland and Isle of Man. For all other countries, please send us an email before ordering so we can confirm the additional up-to-date shipping cost. We can arrange a faster delivery service at additional cost if required, please contact us for these prices. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to dispatch most items within 14 working days (Mon - Fri) on confirmation of your order. Most items should be delivered sooner, however some items could take up to 28 days. We will keep you updated via email and telephone, if there are any unfortunate delays. We send out orders using a carrier for larger and heavier items and royal mail for the smaller lighter products and these are usually delivered in two to three days after dispatch. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. No payments will be taken from your card at this stage. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |

| Guarantee If, for any reason you are not completely happy with the products you have ordered from us we will gladly exchange them or give you your money back (excluding carriage charges). Prior to returning any products please contact our office on Tel: 01246 851 777 within 7 days of receipt of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: ¨ We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered. ¨ One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received from our supplier. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered. |

Damaged parcels should not be accepted or signed for, unless they are unpacked before the carrier leaves, and if they are rejected please contact us so that we can dispatch a new order to you.
